Think Cre8tive started in 2011 with one promise. Show up like a partner, not a vendor. We were a boutique shop on Main Street in Grapevine, working with law firms and landscape companies and the occasional nonprofit. The work was good. The relationships were better.

Then a dealer group asked us to run their digital, and the agency you see today started taking shape. Fifteen years later we have run campaigns in twenty-two states, kept our average client for 4.2 years, and been named the Best Advertising Agency in DFW for eleven consecutive years.

We are still on Main Street. We still answer our own phones. And we still measure success the way we did on day one: by whether our clients stay.

The Story Behind the Agency

"I built the agency I knew my clients actually needed."

Chris spent the early years of his career inside another agency. He watched the industry play out the same way over and over: a slick pitch, a rotating account team, monthly reports full of activity that did not connect to the client's business. The work that moved the needle was rarely the work being celebrated.

In 2011 he launched Think Cre8tive to do the opposite — and to chip away at the stigmas the agency world has earned. A small senior team. One accountable point of contact who actually knows your business. Written plans tied to revenue. No invoices for activity that does not move the numbers. The agency clients deserve, finally built by someone who has been on their side of the table.
