You introduce us.

An email, a text, a LinkedIn DM. Drop a quick note that connects us, or send your contact via the form below. Either is fine.

We follow up within one business day. No spam, no drip campaigns, no awkward sales calls.

They become a client.

We do our normal discovery and strategy. If we're not the right fit, we tell them and walk away. No referral, no payout — and that is the way we want it.

Your referral is logged the moment they enter discovery, even if it takes them 6 months to sign.

You get paid for 3 months.

On the close of each of their first three months, we calculate the payout and apply your credit (or cut you a check). No invoicing on your end. No begging.

Existing clients can switch credit ↔ cash for any of the 3 months. Partners get 1099 paperwork at year-end.

Fine Print · Plain English

The questions we get.
Answered plainly.

Anyone you connect us with whom we have not already been in active conversation with in the last 6 months. If we are already deep in discussions, we will be honest about it — and tell you so on the spot.

Our retainer or project fees — what you pay us. It does not include media spend (the dollars we run through Google or Meta on behalf of the client), production pass-through, or third-party software. The clean version: the dollars on the line item that says 'Think Cre8tive' is the dollars the 3% / 5% / 10% applies to.

At the close of each of the referred client's first three months. Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. Cash payouts go out via ACH within 15 business days of month-close. If you are a partner, we issue a 1099 at year-end for cash totals over $600.

No cap. Refer one client at $50K/month and you earn $7,500 in cash or $15,000 in credit on that one referral. Refer ten of them and we will figure out how to write you a thank-you card big enough.

Existing clients can switch credit ↔ cash for any of the three months, no questions asked. Just tell us before the month closes. Partners are cash-only.

You earn on what they actually pay. If they cancel mid-month-two, you receive payouts on months one and two, prorated for month two. Honest math, all the way through.

Sorry, no. We are not in the business of paying people to hire us. But if you are leaving one company and want to bring us to your next one, we will gladly count that as a referral.

Two separate payouts. Each referral is tracked independently. You earn on each of their first three months of spend.

The terms in one paragraph

Referral payouts apply to the first three months of the referred client's marketing retainer or project fees with Think Cre8tive. Existing clients receive their choice of a 10% invoice credit or a 5% cash payout on each month. Non-client partners receive a 5% cash commission on each month. Payouts close at the end of each month and are applied or paid within 15 business days. Cash payouts over $600 in a calendar year are reported on Form 1099 to U.S. partners. Referrals must not be parties Think Cre8tive has actively engaged with in the prior 6 months. We may adjust this program with 30 days notice. Existing referrals already in flight are not affected by changes.
