The challenge
The old site was aging and hard to update, and Hilltop's domains and email setup were not in the company's own hands. Before touching design, the first priority was making sure the business owned and controlled its own digital foundation, with zero downtime.
What we did
- Put the keys in the owner's hands. We moved both of Hilltop's domains into an account Hilltop owns, with no downtime to the website or email.
- Fixed email delivery. We set up proper email authentication so messages from Hilltop reach clients' inboxes instead of spam folders.
- Rebuilt the website. A modern, fast site with Home, About, Services, Projects and Contact pages that show the craftsmanship and make it easy for homeowners to start a conversation.
- Built on our Launch path. Hilltop's site went from approved design to live in a matter of weeks, without an extended construction period or a long period offline.
The result
Hilltop now has a website that reflects the quality of its homes, email that lands, and full ownership of the accounts that run the business.
